Luxor's LX9128 is an Adjustable Height Lectern complete with 2" casters, two with locking brake. Plastic knob on adjusting mechanism allows for height adjustments. Top with retainer lip tilts to allow for flat work surface. Constructed of heavy-duty laminate with steel frame. Minimal assembly required. Red Oak with Black Frame.

Depending on your product size and weight, it will either be shipped by Fedex/UPS ground or by freight truck (LTL). If your product description mentions freight shipping, it will be shipped by freight (LTL). If it does not mention freight shipping, it will be shipped by Fedex/UPS ground. Also, please be aware, your product may require multiple packages.
Q: What do I do if the product is damaged in shipment?
A: If noticeable damage has occurred to the packaging, notify the driver when signing for the shipment. In any instance, open the shipment upon receipt and inspect it for concealed damage. If any is found, notify the carrier immediately. Contact Luxor's customer service department for replacement parts or components at no charge and further instruction for handling the damaged products.
Q: What do I do if I am missing parts?
A: Contact Luxor's Customer Service department and they will forward the missing components at no charge. 1-800-323-4656, 8:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

A: Luxor products are manufactured with the highest degree of quality. All Luxor products are covered by a manufacturer's Limited* Lifetime Warranty against defects and workmanship. If you ever have a problem with any of our products, just give us a call and ask to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives.
Q: Are there any charges if I want to return a product to Luxor?
A: Yes. There is a 25% restocking fee.
Luxor Return Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours except where the order has already shipped.
- Custom orders are non-cancelable.
- Close-out items are non-returnable.
- Items that have been assembled are non-returnable.
- For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in the original cartons and in new condition.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Due to the differences between computer monitor settings, the picture may not perfectly reflect the actual shade/color of the item. We guarantee the product style will be the same as shown in the pictures.
Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization from Luxor.

Luxor products are covered by a manufacturer's Limited* Lifetime Warranty against defects and workmanship. Any product that is defective in either materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. This warranty does not cover damage in transit or any modification to the product by the customer. This warranty is for the life of the product provided the product is used for its intended purpose and used with weight loads not exceeding those recommended. * Limitations may apply depending on the model purchased.
