For limited times, we offer free or discounted flat shipping on orders over $75. This includes includes parcel deliveries to any continental US address and freight items shipping to a dock at a commercial address. For orders less than $75, is it $19.95 or $9.99 for flat rate shipping. Shipping large podiums isn't cheap, so we subsidize the true cost of shipping to allow for a simple flat rate pricing structure. Order by the promotion end date with the coupon code to lock in your shipping discount. LTL Freight shipping services like liftgate delivery or a residential/school/university delivery are extra as these approximate fees are charged to us by the shipping company based on your needs. Our payment processor Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. You can also checkout via Paypal. With Paypal, you can choose to use their "Paypal Credit" service as a financing option. We will also accept a check, but this will increase order processing time as we will need to wait for the check to be received and then cleared. Contact us for check or ACH payments.

We accept purchase orders from US schools, universities and government organizations. Please contact us for a quote. Please let us know what product(s) you're interested in and if your delivery location has a freight receiving dock for truck shipments. We will send an invoice to request payment after delivery.

We collect and remit sales tax for AZ and WY. You can submit sales tax exempt documentation to contact@podiumstop.com. We do not have nexus for sales tax collection in other states and you would remit "use" taxes to your own state.

Most of our products are lecterns technically. A lectern is simply the structure a speaker or presenter stands behind and places their delivery materials or notes onto. A podium is actually the platform a person stands on to give a speech (think of a conductor's or winner's podium). But, in the United States, the word "podium" has become popular to refer to a lectern. At PodiumStop, we refer to podiums and lecterns interchangeably.

A pulpit is a lectern that is specifically intended to be used in a church or religious setting. They are often large and contain design elements that emit a sense of grandeur. 

Please allow for the estimated production lead time explained on your product's page to pass. As soon as your order ships we will email with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from our warehouse to your door step. If your order requires a long production lead time, please be patient and wait the estimated time listed. Your email will be contacted once the order ships to provide tracking numbers. The delivery carrier for Freight shipments may contact the phone used for the shipping address to set up a delivery window. 

In general, all stocked podiums, lecterns, and accessories ship within 3-4 business days. But, please note that most of our products are custom and made-to-order, so please pay attention to production lead times listed on individual product descriptions. We usually ship via FedEx and UPS ground for small parcel shipments, so most packages will come within a week of shipment. Please see our product page description tabs for an estimated time based on your location.  

Larger/heavier products will require freight shipping (LTL). Freight shipments usually take less than 5 business days to reach you once they have been shipped. But, due to the more complicated logistics of transporting large and heavy goods, some LTL shipments take 7-10 days based on distance, weather, and other confounding factors. For freight shipments, please select the shipping option that most applies to your location type and service required. Dock to dock is the industry standard for pallet items shipped by LTL freight companies. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift to receive a delivery, or use a residential/school/church/university/military base address, please select the appropriate corresponding shipping service during checkout so the heavy item can be lowered off the truck and wheeled to the entrance of your property. You will be responsible for getting the delivery inside your premises. If you require inside delivery or white glove delivery services, please indicate during checkout and we can quote you the actual cost separately (upon your approval). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories must ship by air and is not valid with any free shipping promotions. Please contact us with your zip code and product selection so we can give you a quote on shipping.

At this time we only ship orders to the US and Canada. We may be willing to ship to a US freight forwarder / 3rd party shipper for them to be able to re-ship to your desired country.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products.

Immediately after your order has shipped, we will email you with your shipping information. For large/heavy orders including freight shipping our shipping carrier may call you prior to delivery to coordinate a delivery date. Please be patient as many of our items are made-to-order. There should be an estimated production lead time noted in the product's description for an estimate on how long that item takes to be manufactured. Please write in the notes section during checkout any delivery deadlines we need to be aware of. We may not be able to meet your deadline and will communicate with you if you want to proceed or cancel before beginning production.
