Refund policy
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone. If your order is a custom order, we will confirm your specifications and let you know when it will be put into production by e-mail or telephone.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@podiumstop.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive! If you notice any damage it is imperative that you note of it when signing for delivery. Failure to make a note of damages on Proof of Delivery means you are accepting the delivery of the goods as is. This means that the likelihood of a successful claim for damaged goods decreases substantially. If you have not already, it is very important you read our Shipping Instructions page (under the Resources tab on the homepage) so that you will be prepared for the receipt of your order.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We will refund you in full if you cancel your order before it has shipped. If your order is a custom item, we cannot refund the full amount once it has been put into production. Completed custom orders are non-returnable. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
