These logos are compatible with Executive Wood Products; though they may be ordered separately for other lecterns.  If ordered with another brand lectern, or for a lectern you already have, it will need to ship separately and be installed/applied at your location by your personnel.

Most logos can be attached by magnets located on the back of logo to metal located on the front of your lectern for most EWP lectern models. But, some models (or if your lectern doesn't have magnet compatible metal on the front) would need to use a keyhole on the back of the logo or double-sided tape to be hung on the front of your lectern. Vinyl decal logos however are applied directly to the front surface of your lectern.

The all wood logos are laser engraved and can be done in round, oval, trapezoid, and square shapes.

The Color Vinyl Wood Plaque can be done in a circle, square or rectangular shape. The normal diameter for the round plaques is 9-12 inches.  It can be done with the wood showing on the side, or wrapped in the background color of your logo on the side (all white in the Sarajevo Embassy example). For EWP lectern products PRES500, PRES900, CPD677, and GRAD411 we would recommend a 12” round. Product CLR235 (counselor lectern) would use a 10” round. The best shape plaque is determined by the style of your logo.

Vinyl Color Decal Logo Cut to Shape: If you're ordering with EWP brand lectern, this logo can be applied to the lectern. If you're ordering this logo separately, it will be shipped to you and you can apply it to your lectern. Standard size is 10, 11, or 12 inches in width and height.

Aluminum cast seals can be done on a request basis. Please contact us for a quote.

Please send logo files to artwork@podiumstop.com. Vector file formats are needed for the best quality result (often file extensions .ai, .eps, or .pdf). Feel free to write any special instructions in the notes section during checkout and we will e-mail or call to confirm your specifications.

• If you only have a .jpeg or .png version of your logo, our graphic artist can recreate it in vector format for a fee. Vector format means it can be expanded to any size without losing resolution; which is important to avoid any pixilation on the final product. Please add the "Vector Format File Version of Your Logo" item to cart. We will send the recreation to you to approve, then that will be used for your final logo. We will also send the illustrator vector file to you so you can use it for future purposes.

Lead times for these logos are 4-6 weeks. Please be sure to include a delivery deadline during checkout if this order is time sensitive for an event.

Please read the product description for estimated production lead times and to see what type of shipping your product will be classified under. Depending on your product size and weight, it will either be shipped by Fedex/UPS ground or by freight truck (LTL). General instructions are on our shipping page linked above.

If by freight, you will be contacted once your product is ready to ship and a delivery date/time will be scheduled. Once shipped, LTL shipments can take up to 7-10 business days due to the extra logistics involved in the transportation process of large/heavy items.

If by FedEx/UPS ground, once your product is shipped, you can expect to receive it within the time frame shown on the map below.

There is a 20% restocking fee for Executive Wood Products returned in brand new condition. Custom items are non-cancelable and non-returnable once put into production. Due to the differences between computer monitor settings, the picture may not perfectly reflect the actual shade/color of the item. We guarantee the product style will be the same as shown in the pictures.

Executive Wood Products stands by its products with a Lifetime Warranty.

All Executive Wood Products' lecterns and podiums carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Component parts not manufactured by Executive Wood Products, such as amplifiers, sound components, electronic lifts, ballistic resistant materials, etc. are warranted by their respective manufacturers. At our sole discretion we will have the product returned to our facility for inspection and repair. This warranty does not apply to: 1. Damage due to negligence, accident or abuse, 2. Normal wear and tear, 3. Damages due to exposure of water and/or high or low humidity, 4. Any product that is altered or modified without our permission.

Damages caused during shipment should follow the "Shipping Damage or Loss Policy" attached to your package.
